I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfy and spotless, with easy parking and really close to restaurants and shops. However, there was substantial traffic noise, lack of air conditioning, and the setup was not as expected for a two-bedroom suite, but rather two adjoining apartments. The service was responsive and helpful, especially when addressing a dishwasher/water problem in the evening. The location was fabulous, near the Cadbury chocolate factory, with easy access to the octagon, restaurants, and shops. The dining options were okay but could have been more accommodating for dietary needs.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect right in the CBD of Dunedin, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities for extended family groups. The service was exceptional, with early check-in and friendly, helpful staff.
